Silkscreens can be used on polymer clay, place the screen on your project and put some good acrylic paint on it and spread it with a scraper, such that all holes / openings in the silkscreen are covered with paint. Then you remove the silkscreen and the pattern of the silkscreen is now in the color of your chosen paint on the polymer clay. Super fun to combine clay colors and paint colors with this for surprising effects.
The best result is achieved with a heavy body acrylic paint , this paint is generally in a tube. Please note that metallic paint cannot be used on a silkscreen, the small openings in the silkscreen will close and the silkscreen can no longer be used.
