Shipping Costs & Shipping
Orders placed and paid for before 10pm will be shipped the same day.
This applies to working days (Monday to Friday), an exception to this are public holidays that fall on a working day, this will always be stated on the website.
Pick up order
All HappyThings orders are processed in a central warehouse, so it is not possible to pick up orders.
Due to the speed at which work is carried out in the central warehouse, an order once placed cannot be changed.
After the package has been packed, you will receive an email from HappyThings with the track & trace code of the package. In most cases you will also receive an e-mail directly from the carrier (DHL, DPD or PostNL) so that you are kept informed of the status of the package and the time of delivery. You can keep an eye on the package via the track & trace. Are you not at home on the day of delivery? Also keep an eye on your track & trace status of the package. If the package is brought to a pick-up point, keep in mind that in most cases the package will remain here for a week to be picked up. Deviations from this may be possible per country or location and the terms for this may differ in some cases. If the package is not collected in this week or this period, the package will be returned to HappyThings.

We are currently preparing the move of the stock of the webshop.
For this reason, we temporarily only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.
After the move we will add several countries again for shipping.
